Delete your E3 Learning account
This page explains how to delete your E3 Learning account, which you use in the E3 Learning app for iPhone, iPad and Android and on e3learn.com, and what happens to your data. E3 Learning is the developer of the app.
In the E3 Learning app
- Open the app and sign in.
- Go to Profile, then Delete account.
- Enter your password to confirm.
On the website
- Sign in at e3learn.com.
- Open your account settings and choose Delete Account.
- Enter your password to confirm.
If you can’t sign in
Email [email protected] from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my E3 Learning account”. We confirm the request with you before deleting anything and complete it within 30 days.
What is deleted
Deletion is permanent and takes effect right away. It removes:
- Your account and profile: name, email address, password, credential, license and renewal details.
- Your learning history: quiz and exam answers, progress, streaks, saved questions, continuing-education records and certificates.
- Your MedAssist data: conversations, scenario cases, research reports, usage counters and any reports you filed about AI answers.
Any active subscription is cancelled first. If we cannot confirm the cancellation, nothing is deleted and you are asked to try again or contact us.
What is kept
- Payment and invoice records held by our payment processor, Stripe, which it keeps as required for tax and accounting.
- Records that carry no name or email address, which stay but lose their link to your account: page views and sign-up or purchase steps our website recorded under your browser's random ID (see the Privacy Policy), with the pages, the page that linked you, your browser's user agent, any ad-campaign tags and ad-click IDs, and for purchase steps the Stripe payment reference; searches on our website; reports you filed about quiz questions; and our account activity log: each sign-up and sign-in, with the IP address and the user agent (your browser's, or the App's generic label) recorded for it, and the times of email verifications, password resets and password changes.
- If you unsubscribed from our emails or one of them bounced, your email address stays on our do-not-email list, so we never email it again.
- If our earlier email campaigns reached you, the record of those sends, with your email address.
- Reports already sent to Google, Meta, Reddit and OpenAI to measure our ads (Privacy Policy section 5), which those companies keep under their own policies.
- Copies in routine backups, until those backups expire.
