Our Mission
Why E3 Learning exists
Accessible Education
Better-prepared providers deliver better patient outcomes. Education should never be a barrier to professional growth, which is why our core content is free and always will be.
Evidence-Based
Every page follows current clinical guidelines, peer-reviewed research, and established best practices. No outdated information, no guesswork. Just the science that saves lives.
Built for the Field
Study on shift, at home, or on the go. Every page is mobile-first, optimized for quick reference during downtime, and designed for the way clinicians actually work.

I'm a Registered Nurse and Flight Paramedic with 8+ years in high-acuity 9-1-1 and critical care transport. I've managed complex patients from the street to the ICU, and I built E3 Learning because I kept seeing the same problem: quality emergency medicine education was either locked behind a paywall or scattered across unreliable sources.
As a certified Lead Instructor, I've trained dozens of paramedics, EMTs, and nurses. E3 Learning is the platform I wish I had when I was starting out, and the one I keep building for every provider who wants to get better.
What's on E3 Learning
Comprehensive resources across emergency and critical care medicine
What We Stand For
Free Core Education
Medications, labs, procedures, ECG anatomy, and critical care content. All free, no paywall. If it helps you take better care of patients, you should have access to it.
Clinical Accuracy
Content is reviewed against current AHA, NAEMSP, and specialty guidelines. We cite our sources and update when the evidence changes.
Built for All Providers
Whether you're an EMT-B starting out, a paramedic sharpening advanced skills, or an RN in the ED, E3 is built for every level of emergency care.
