Is education content really free?
Yes — all 242 pages of medication references, lab values, procedure guides, ECG anatomy, and critical care content are completely free with no account required. Premium only applies to the quiz system.
What's included in the free quiz tier?
Free accounts get 10 quiz questions per day at the EMT level with basic progress and CE tracking, plus 5 AI tutor messages a day. Paid plans unlock unlimited questions, higher scopes, advanced study tools, and more AI.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time from your account settings. Your premium access will continue until the end of your current billing period — no hidden fees or penalties.
How does billing work?
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly (yearly saves roughly two months). Your subscription renews automatically at the start of each billing cycle. You can view your billing details and manage your subscription from your account dashboard.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, our secure payment processor. Your payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
